Job Summary
RN position in a not-for-profit senior care facility in Battle Lake, MN, offering full-time FLEX scheduling with 8-hour shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights. Provides comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care, and may serve as charge nurse delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license in state of practice
