Job Summary
The RN will provide individualized nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit senior housing and services facility. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), coordinating care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, supervising licensed and unlicensed staff as charge nurse when delegated, and ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and ethical standards. The role requires flexible availability across Days, Evenings, and Overnights, with potential premium for FLEX shifts and night/weekend differentials, and opportunities for professional development and education sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation familiarity
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- RN license in state of practice or multi-state Licensure
