Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, applying the nursing process across assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Collaborates with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care, with potential to serve as charge nurse. Requires RN licensure and a nursing degree; approved for all shifts (days, evenings, overnights) under FLEX scheduling with a premium differential. Includes responsibilities for resident assessment, education, care coordination, and adherence to professional standards; offers comprehensive benefits, tuition/education support, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multi-state licensure if applicable
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
