Job Summary
RN - Full Time FLEX in LTC: provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all care phases, collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care, may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel, ensure safe administration of resident care, and maintain nursing practice within applicable standards. Must be licensed as an RN, with preferred Bachelor's in nursing; flexible shifts (days/evenings/overnights) totaling 40 hours per week with FLEX premium and various benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice (or multi-state licensure under NLC)
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
