RN - Full Time FLEX - LTC

The RN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in a long-term care setting, collaborating with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within scope and competence. Requires caring for residents across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, and adherence to nursing practice standards and ethical guidelines. Role involves coordination of care, resident assessment, and education, with opportunities for staff development, continuing education, and advancement. Qualifications emphasize an RN license with the state, and a nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
