Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in a FLEX full-time role at a not-for-profit long-term care facility. Provides individualized nursing care to residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment; collaborates with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Ensures safe, reliable administration of resident care within the Nursing Practice Act and state guidelines; supports ongoing resident education and care coordination. Offers flexible shifts (days/evenings/nights) and FLEX premium; includes shift differentials, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, 401(k), tuition assistance, advancement opportunities, and sign-on bonus. Qualifications include RN license in the practice state, and ongoing competency/certifications. Degrees are preferred (Bachelor’s in Nursing) with experience matching nursing practice standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the applicable State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure (NLC)
- Meets department-specific competencies and certifications as required
