Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in a FLEX-full-time position at Good Samaritan's GSS MN Battle Lake Ctr in Battle Lake, MN. Provides individualized nursing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment; coordinates care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues; may serve as charge nurse with delegation to licensed/unlicensed personnel; requires RN licensure and nursing program education; offers a comprehensive benefits package, flexible shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights), sign-on bonus, salary range of $36-$48 per hour translated to annualized salaries, and opportunities for advancement and education.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
