Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all stages of care, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care, may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks, and practices within state nursing standards and ethics. Requires RN licensure with a nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred); flexible shifts (days/evenings/overnights) with a FLEX premium and various shift differentials; on-site in Battle Lake, MN with full benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in state where practice occurs
- Graduate from nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable
