Job Summary
The RN in this FLEX, full-time role provides nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit senior housing setting, using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Collaborates with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver care across the full spectrum of preventative, health maintenance, diagnostic, and treatment activities. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff within scope. Requires an unencumbered RN license (state board) with potential multistate licensure per NLC, and a nationally accredited nursing program background. Flexible shift coverage across days, evenings, and overnights with a premium FLEX differential, holiday pay, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Unencumbered RN license (state board of nursing) or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Competencies/certifications as required by department
- Flex scheduling availability covering all shifts (days/evenings/nights)
- Ability to provide individualized nursing care and coordinate care across disciplines
