Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit senior-care facility, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate residents, and address care needs. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff within scope of practice and regulatory standards. Requires RN licensure (BSN preferred) and active competencies; offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and overnights with a 40-hour work week and FLEX premium differential. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing (or multi-state licensure if in NLC state)
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
