Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - FLEX Full Time in a long-term care setting. Provides individualized nursing care, conducts assessments, plans and evaluates care, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, and may serve as charge nurse delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff. Requires availability for all shifts (days, evenings, overnights) with FLEX premium and shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- RN license in state of practice (or multi-state licensure under Nurse Licensure Compact)
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- BSN preferred
- ability to work varied shifts (days/evenings/nights)
- competency in nursing process and care coordination
- preferred enrollment or completion of continuing education and certifications
