Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in a FLEX Full-Time role providing resident-centered nursing care in a not-for-profit long-term care setting. Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, collaborating with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Requires RN licensure; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. FLEX shifts include Days, Evenings, and Overnights with FLEX premium and shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Current competencies and certifications as required by department
