Job Summary
RN – Full Time FLEX position at a not-for-profit senior care facility in Battle Lake, MN. Provides nursing care across shifts using the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate) in collaboration with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care and addressing care/service concerns. Requires RN licensure (BSN preferred) and ongoing competency; supports include sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice and/or multi-state licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
