Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) - Flex/Full Time in a senior care setting. Provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Practices within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable state licensure requirements. Role supports flexible shifts across days/evenings/nights with a 40-hour workweek, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, and coordination of care across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment services; supervision of staff as assigned; and adherence to professional standards and ethics. Requirements include current RN license in the practice state (or multistate licensure in NLC states) and a nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred), with ongoing opportunities for advancement, CE, and continuing education.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state where practice is occurring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
  • Unencumbered RN license
  • Ability to obtain required competencies and certifications
  • Experience with nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) and collaboration with inter-disciplinary team
