Job Summary
RN - Full Time FLEX position in a not-for-profit long-term care setting. Provides individualized nursing care to residents, utilizes nursing process, collaborates with residents/families and interdisciplinary team, may serve as charge nurse, ensures safe administration of resident care, and adheres to state practice rules and ethics. Requires availability for ALL shifts (days, evenings, overnights) with FLEX premium and shift differentials; 40 hours weekly; comprehensive benefits and opportunities for education, advancement, and tuition sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Current unencumbered RN license with State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
