Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe, reliable resident care within the Nurse Practice Act and Code of Ethics. Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing practice and participates in education and professional development. FLEX position requires availability for ALL shifts with additional differential for FLEX and nights/weekends, plus benefits including health/dental/vision, HSA, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in state where practice occurs
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds unencumbered RN license and/or multistate licensure if in NLC state
- Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program
- Possesses or is eligible for required competencies/certifications
- Flexibility to cover ALL shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights) and participate in FLEX premium
