Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Full Time Evenings in Long-Term Care. Provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care, and may serve as charge nurse. Duties include coordinating care, resident assessment, resident education, and various nursing interventions. Requires graduating from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure; Bachelor’s in nursing preferred. Evening shift is from 2:15pm to 10:45pm, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with additional shift differentials. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Additional responsibilities reference maintaining competencies and adhering to nursing standards and ethics. Located in Battle Lake, MN (Long Term Care facility).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board (or multistate licensure if in an NLC state)
- Obtains and maintains department-specific competencies and certifications
