Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, coordinating with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel. Requires RN licensure and adherence to applicable nursing standards and ethics; role includes patient assessment, education, and various nursing interventions during evening shifts (2:15pm–10:45pm), 32 hours/week, with every other weekend and rotating holidays; includes shift differentials and benefits. $36 or more per hour depending on experience; $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
