Job Summary
Registered Nurse - Long Term Care, full-time evenings (2:15pm–10:45pm) in a not-for-profit LTC facility. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process for resident care, assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation, coordinating care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams, and may serve as charge nurse. Requires active RN license; licensure standards and certifications must be maintained. Role includes nursing care across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, with consideration for age/population-specific standards. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Evening and weekend rotation with additional shift differentials. Lead and delegate to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate within Nursing Practice Act guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multi-state licensure if in an NLC state
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs
- RN license or multistate licensure (NLC) as required for practice in Minnesota
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing (preferred)
