RN - Full Time Evenings - LTC

Provide individualized nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel. Ensure care aligns with the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards. Evening shift: 2:15pm–10:45pm, 32 hours/week with every other weekend and rotating holidays; assumes responsibilities for resident education, care coordination, and ongoing nursing interventions; eligible for benefits and sign-on bonus.
