Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Full Time Evenings in a Long-Term Care setting. Provides comprehensive nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and may serve as charge nurse. Assistant duties include coordinating care, resident assessment, education, and implementing nursing interventions. Evenings shift from 2:15pm to 10:45pm with every other weekend and rotating holidays; 32 hours per week; includes shift differentials and benefits (medical, dental, vision). Requires RN license; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation pathways noted. Sign-on bonus of $10,000. Not-for-profit organization with Christian environment and over 100 years of service in seniors housing and care.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice (unencumbered)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred (BSN)
- Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Eligibility for required department-specific competencies and certifications
- Ability to meet the standards of practice and code of ethics for nurses
