Job Summary
RN - Full Time Evenings in Long Term Care: 32-hour weekly shifts from 2:15pm to 10:45pm, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process for resident care, assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation; coordinating care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams; potential to serve as charge nurse; ensuring safe, quality care with appropriate delegations. Qualifications include RN licensure in the relevant state and a BSN preferred; benefits available and $10,000 sign-on bonus. Shift includes evening differential and eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state or multi-state licensure (NLC)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
