RN - Full Time Evenings - LTC

Provide individualized nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care. Collaborates with residents and families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate. Complies with the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards; supports resident education and care coordination. Evenings shift from 2:15pm to 10:45pm, 32 hours per week, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with shift differentials on evenings and weekends.
