Job Summary
Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting using the nursing process; coordinates care with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel; ensures safe, reliable administration of resident care; two evening shifts per day (2:15pm-10:45pm), 32 hours/week, every other weekend and rotating holidays; includes shift differentials and benefits; requires licensure and adherence to state/nursing standards; benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred)
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state
- Possesses multistate licensure if in an NLC state (as applicable)
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
- Drug screen and pre-employment background screening

- Nursing degree from accredited program
