Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed personnel. Requires RN licensure and nursing education; bachelor’s degree preferred. Evening shift (2:15pm–10:45pm), 32 hours/week, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with shift differentials. Qualified applicants are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits; eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA acceptable)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
- Drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
