Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Long-Term Care in Battle Lake, MN, full-time evenings. 32 hours/week, evenings 2:15pm–10:45pm, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays. Provides comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team, may serve as charge nurse, and ensures safe, quality patient/resident care. Requires RN license; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited education preferred. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), and sign-on bonus of $10,000. Shift includes additional shift differentials on evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Nursing experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
