Job Summary
RN - Full Time Evenings in Long Term Care: Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams, supervise/assist licensed and unlicensed staff as needed, coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, education, and various nursing interventions. Requires RN licensure, potentially multistate licensure, and compliance with state practice standards; evenings shift from 2:15pm to 10:45pm, 32 hours/week with every-other weekend and rotating holidays, includes shift differentials and benefits; sign-on bonus of $10,000; role may include charge nurse responsibilities and delegation within scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
- Drug screen and pre-employment background check as a condition of employment
