Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care facility in Battle Lake, MN, providing individualized nursing care to residents and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing residents, planning outcomes, implementing care, and evaluating results; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Evening shift 2:15pm–10:45pm, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays; 32 hours per week with shift differentials on evenings and weekends; benefits available. Qualifications include RN licensure in state (NLC if applicable) and graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; ongoing competencies and certifications required. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
