Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Full Time Evenings in Long-Term Care. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to provide individualized resident care, collaborating with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams, coordinating care, resident assessment, education, and supervision of unlicensed staff as a potential charge nurse. Requires performing in a clinical LTC setting with evening shift (2:15pm–10:45pm), every other weekend, rotating holidays, and shift differentials; benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Licensure in good standing and nursing degree as per program accreditation; bachelor's degree preferred. Must maintain competencies and pass pre-employment drug screen/background checks; onsite at Good Samaritan facility in Battle Lake, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or possess multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
