RN Full Time Evening Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living — Full-Time Evening Shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM) in New Providence, NJ. The RN promotes residents' health and wellbeing through collaboration with providers and the interdisciplinary team, delivering physical and psychosocial support, and ensuring nursing care in alignment with state practice acts and standards. Responsibilities include promoting resident independence, administering medications, infection prevention, updating documentation and EMR, coordinating a holistic care plan with the care team, participating in care conferences, and teaching residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care. Qualifications include 6 months RN experience, NJ RN license, CPR certification, and competency with electronic medical records.
