Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery, while collaborating with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting complex patient needs and inquiries. Valid RN licensure required with CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred. Required Qualifications
