RN - Full Time Days - LTC

Provide individualized nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care. Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and standards; support caregiver education and resident education. Requires an RN license in the practicing state; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Compensation includes $38/hour to $48/hour, 12-hour day shifts, 40 hours/week (with schedules including every other weekend and rotating holidays); $20,000 sign-on bonus; benefits eligibility.
