RN - Full Time Days - LTC

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providers, families, and residents to coordinate care, manage health maintenance, and address preventative needs. Perform resident education, various nursing interventions, and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within the scope of practice. Serve as charge nurse when assigned to delegate appropriate tasks and ensure safe administration of care. Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation on 12-hour day shifts.
