Job Summary
RN in Surgery responsible for assisting and coordinating perioperative care in the surgical suite and central sterile department; demonstrate leadership qualities and safe perioperative care; function effectively in a fast-paced operating room; collaborate with the surgery team to promote workflows and effective communication; adapt to change with strong work ethic; prioritize tasks, use critical thinking to support efficiency, patient quality and safety; deliver personal, compassionate care with excellent customer service; flexible hours to accommodate variable surgery schedule, standby call Monday - Friday (45 minute response time).
Required Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN license
- Surgery experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required
