Job Summary
Provide whole-person quality care to patients in the Transitional Care Unit, guiding their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs before discharge. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to manage medical complexities including fractures, complex wound management, IV therapy, dialysis, oxygen therapy, and TPN in a home-like setting. Contribute to practice standards development through the shared governance model. Full-time or part-time shifts available across day, evening, and variable schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Food Handler's Permit
- 1 year Med-Surg experience (Acute vs Sub-Acute)
- Supervisory experience with nursing assistants/CNAs
