RN (Full/Part Time) - Transitional Care Unit

Coordinate patient care in the Transitional Care Unit, guiding individuals through recovery from serious injury, illness, or disease before they return home. Manage medical complexities including fractures, complex wound management, IV therapy, dialysis, oxygen, and TPN within an interdisciplinary setting. Work alongside nursing staff empowered by a shared governance model to create practice standards while addressing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Full-time and part-time shifts available across day, evening, and variable schedules. Requires a Washington RN license and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Located at Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, offering onsite childcare and a scenic facility view.
