RN (Full/Part Time) - Transitional Care Unit

Provide whole-person quality care to patients in the Transitional Care Unit, guiding their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs before they return home. Manage complex medical cases including fractures, wound management, IV therapy, dialysis, oxygen, and TPN in an intermediate, high-acuity setting. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to facilitate recovery from serious illness or injury in a home-like environment. This role offers multiple shift options including day, evening, and variable schedules with competitive pay ranging from $43.12 to $66.95 plus shift differentials. The team provides onsite childcare at a discount and supports caregivers with a diverse, multigenerational group.
