Job Summary
Provide whole-person quality care to patients in the Transitional Care Unit alongside an interdisciplinary team, guiding their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs before they return home. Manage medical complexities including fractures, complex wound management, IV management, dialysis, oxygen therapy, and TPN in an intermediate and high-acuity setting. Work across multiple shifts (Day, Evening, Variable) in a home-like environment designed for patient recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Food Handler's Permit
- 1 year Med-Surg experience (Acute vs Sub-Acute)
- Supervisory experience with nursing assistants/CNAs
