Job Summary
Conduct primary nursing for residents and patients in the neighborhood by partnering with families and the care team to plan and implement care. Delegate resident care responsibilities to associate nurses and other team members when not on duty while fulfilling the job summary of a Registered Nurse in skilled nursing. Work across day, evening, and variable shifts in a post-acute care facility offering person-directed care.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience in a like population
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
- 1 year of previous charge nurse or primary nurse experience, including leading teams
- 1 year of Nursing experience in an environment that provides person-directed care
