Job Summary
Conduct resident care planning and implementation in partnership with families and the care team as the primary nurse for Long Term Care residents. Delegate resident care responsibilities to associate nurses and other team members when not on duty while fulfilling the job summary of a Registered Nurse in skilled nursing. Work across multiple shifts including day, evening, and variable schedules in a full-time or part-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience in a like population
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
- 1 year of previous charge nurse or primary nurse experience, including leading teams
- 1 year of Nursing experience in an environment that provides person-directed care
