Job Summary
RN Primary Nurse provides care for residents in a skilled nursing, post-acute setting across shifts. Works with residents, families, and care team to plan and implement care; care is delegated to associate nurses and other team members when not on duty. Responsible for resident care in her/his neighborhood, coordinating with the care team to ensure person-directed, high-quality nursing care for elders. Role may include leading teams as needed and fulfilling the duties of a primary nurse with emphasis on compassionate, collaborative care in a multi-generational facility. Requires nursing degree and WA RN license, BLS within 30 days, and 1 year of nursing experience in a similar population; Bachelor’s degree and specialty certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
