RN (Full/Part Time) - Long Term Care - Float Pool

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting; collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to plan and implement care; delegate responsibilities to associate nurses and other care team members when not on duty; uphold the job responsibilities of the Registered Nurse in the post-acute care environment; participate in creating a supportive, elder-centered community and ensure quality care across shifts; require a Nursing Degree, WA RN license, and BLS within 30 days of hire; minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a similar population; preferred Bachelor of Nursing and specialty certification with leadership experience as a charge or primary nurse; strong focus on person-centered care, teamwork, and maintaining best-in-class benefits and professional development opportunities.
