RN FT Temp $60/hr

Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs and developing nursing care plans. Maintain medical records, educate patients and families, and accurately administer medications while documenting controlled substance counts. Ensure physicians' orders are transcribed appropriately, notify staff of significant status changes, and complete admission and discharge processing. Demonstrate universal precautions, exhibit therapeutic rapport, and communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and co-workers. This 13-week temporary, full-time assignment includes 12-hour day or night shifts at a 210-bed facility in Chandler, AZ, offering a fixed rate of $60/hour. Candidates must hold a current Arizona RN license, one year of nursing experience, and CPR/de-escalation certifications. Temporary employees may convert to regular full-time if offered.
