RN - FT NIGHTS

Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct resident care, directing shift routines and evaluating personnel activities as the unit charge. Lead the assigned unit by providing direction for resident care functions, charting, documentation, and assessment. Participate in facility committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes. Perform other duties as assigned while assuming building charge responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee. This Registered Nurse role supports a long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and respite services environment with a family-first approach in Delta County.
