RN - FT NIGHTS

Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned, including charting, documentation, and assessment. Provide leadership and direction within the assigned unit while observing and evaluating personnel activities in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Assume "Building Charge" responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing or designee. Participate in facility committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes. Perform other duties as assigned. This role supports long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and respite services in a family-first setting.
