Job Summary
Provide leadership and direct patient care on the assigned unit during the night shift in a long-term care setting. Utilize the nursing process to plan, direct, and carry out shift routines, observe and evaluate personnel, and assume Building Charge responsibilities as directed. Responsibilities include resident care, charting, documentation, assessment, participation in employee performance evaluations, and contributing to interdisciplinary facility committees. Requires Colorado RN licensure, CPR certification, CEU maintenance, and preferred experience in long-term care. Job offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Maintenance of required CEU’s
- Experience in long-term care preferred
