Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, plan, direct and carry out shift routines in the assigned nursing unit, observe, direct and evaluate activities of personnel as the person in charge per the Nurse Practice Act, assume “Building Charge” responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee, and provide leadership and direction in the unit. Responsibilities include resident care functions, charting, documentation and assessment, and participation in facility committees and interdisciplinary processes. Requires Colorado RN license and CPR certification; experience in long-term care preferred. Night shift 6pm-6am, 72 hours per pay period.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR Certification.
