RN - FT NIGHTS

Registered Nurse (RN) for FT NIGHTS at Horizons Care Center. Provide direct nursing care to residents using the nursing process, plan and direct shift routines, observe and evaluate personnel, serve as building charge as directed, lead and participate in committees, maintain charting and assessment, and ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrated clinical leadership in a long-term care setting; strong documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and commitment to resident-centered care. CPR certification required; Colorado RN licensure required. Night shift differential included.
