Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift at Horizons Care Center. Provides direct nursing care to residents using the nursing process, directs shift routines, maintains charting and assessments, and participates in interdisciplinary processes. Leads in the assigned unit, collaborates with the DON/Designee, and contributes to committees and ongoing resident care improvements. Requires Colorado RN license and CPR certification; prior long-term care experience preferred. Includes night-shift duties 6pm-6am, 72 hours per pay period, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, life/disability coverage, EAP, wellness incentives, and early pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
