Job Summary
RN role responsible for prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating all care touchpoints for patients; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure direct patient care; maintain a safe environment; monitor and engage with patients, families, and care team regarding events or questions; prevent and treat wounds; ensure infection-control and environment-of-care requirements; advise supervisor when unable to complete tasks; initiate patient and family education; contribute to team by assisting others; minimum qualifications include active Louisiana nursing license, BLS, PALs, and chemo certification within six months; preferred: 1 year in related clinical area, BSN, and ACLS.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Current PALs certification
- Chemo Certified within six months of hire/transfer date
